Matteo Grasso
Howdy, my name is Matteo and I am a freelance content creator and emerging filmmaker from Brisbane Australia. I have experience capturing video and stills at live events, filming documentary interviews and music videos. You might have seen me running around at a gig pointing my camera at stuff with a smile on my face. Come say 'hello' next time!
As a freelance content creator I have produced video and stills for a variety of digital platforms and high profile clients, including The Smith Street Band, The Church, Jim Jeffries, Russell Crowe and The Wiggles.
In 2022 I produced a series of music video interviews for CLIPPED.TV at the Big Sound music conference. I also began work on a documentary film 'Found in Translation' that celebrates Auslan interpreter Mikey Webb's rise to cult hero status during the Covid pandemic. In September 2023, Documentary Australia offered 'Found in Translation' fiscal sponsorship and support.
